Value Report which provides their estimate of ROI for different projects you may undertake. Remember, updating and remodeling your home is for you and your family. It should improve the comfort, feel and security of your home while also making financial sense. This report only address the financial ROI that you might expect depending on the project you undertake. While we wouldn't bank on any of these numbers and we wouldn't decide to do or not do something we wanted based on this report, we thought we'd share it with you for your own decision process.

Maintenance & Care Instructions for your New Custom Entry Door

Paint Finish – Top Quality Acrylic Enamel

  1. Keep surface clean with mild soap and water. Use of harsh detergents or solvents, such as Fantastic, Top Job, etc, will damage paint and void warranty.
  2. Wax finish one month after installation and twice a year thereafter with a good high quality car wax.
  3. If finish is accidentally scratched or chipped, use touch-up paint supplied. PLEASE TO BE SURE TO OBTAIN TOUCH-UP FROM YOUR INSTALLER. Touch up paint should be applied in very small amounts. Remove as much excess paint from applicator brush as possible before applying to door.
  4. Do not use foreign objects (suction cups, tapes) on painted surface of the door.
  5. Keep vinyl weatherstrip free from dirt and grit. Wash with mild soap and water.
  6. Homeowners living in immediate shore areas should maintain door(s) once a month. Doors(s) should be cleaned and waxed once every two months.

Door Hardware – Quality American Made Locks

  1. Wax brass finish to deter tarnishing.
  2. Tighten screws on lock set with necessary.
  3. Oil or grease hinges as needed.

Safety Acrylic Glass

  1. Clean with mild soap and water.
  2. Do not use harsh detergents or solvents.
  3. Cleaning cloth should be free of grit or abrasives to prevent scratching.
